- During presentations and the Awards Ceremony, set your phone to silent.
- Please enter and exit the room only during scheduled breaks.
2. We Respect Everyone’s Time
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the program begins. This helps you settle in comfortably and avoids disrupting others.
3. Support Is a Leadership Trait
Applaud and support all speakers and presenters — not just your own team. Every person on stage is sharing experience and value.
4. Be Present in the Moment
- Feel free to capture memories and share highlights — but please refrain from live streaming.
- We encourage content creation while also honoring the importance of being fully present and engaged.

Smart Casual attire is required. This style balances comfort with a professional appearance and is appropriate for all conference activities.
